About the Journal
RIOC is a scientific journal and aims to present new research results, the dissemination of knowledge and the promotion of critical thinking in all areas related to Civil Engineering ( building materials, applied engineering, architecture, edification, and project management are only some of the subjects of interest).
The fast evolution of new technologies and the global trend leading to the use of new sustainable and efficient materials and methods, cause the need of constant updating of the professionals of the area.
